CRICKET QUIZ 2023 PARTICIPATION TERMS
•Like the quiz post
•Write the correct answer in the comment box. If there is multiple questions, write answers to all of them
.•Provide answers within the specific time mentioned in the quiz post. (i.e., before the match starts or any specified date and time)
•A Lottery will be held from the eligible participants who liked the post and provided the correct answers.
•Selected winners will be contacted by Blooming Facts for their address and contact information.
•Upon receiving the prize, the winner needs to post a picture/video of the gifts/prize from their own profile/page, tagging the gift sponsor @amflbd and @bloomingfacts.
•If any winners do not respond to provide their contact details before the next quiz raffle draw, their winning prize or gifts will be suspended and their winner status will be terminated. The gift will then be redistributed to another contestant. No explanation or obligation will be considered thereafter

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Participant" or "User") and Blooming Facts ("We," "Us," or "Our"), governing your participation in the Blooming Facts online quiz (the "Cricket Quiz"). By accessing or using the Quiz, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not participate in the Quiz.
1. ELIGIBILITY
1.1. The Quiz is open to individuals who are 15 years of age or older and living in Bangladesh.
1.2. Employees, affiliates, or immediate family members of Blooming Facts are not eligible to participate.
1.3. The user must like each quiz post and answer all the questions asked. Partial answers or answers without liking the post will not be considered for participation.
2. REGISTRATION
2.1. To participate in the Quiz, you may need to create an account on the Blooming Facts website and/or follow the instructions in the quiz post

3. QUIZ RULES
3.1. The Quiz rules, format, and schedule will be specified on the Blooming Facts website and official Facebook page.
3.2. You agree to abide by all rules and guidelines established for the Quiz.
4. PRIZES
4.1. Prizes, if any, will be awarded according to the rules and criteria outlined on the Blooming Facts website.
4.2. Winners will be solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or other costs associated with receiving a prize if applicable. For example if the Quiz is offering a prize of new car, the winner would be responsible for paying any taxes or registration fees associated with the car.
4.3. The number and type of prizes may change depending on the needs of the prize sponsor.
4.4. If you win a prize, you may be asked to post a picture or video of yourself with the prize on social media, tagging Blooming Facts and the sponsor.
5. USER CONTENT
5.1. By participating in the Quiz, you may submit user-generated content, including but not limited to answers, comments, and feedback.
5.2. You grant Blooming facts a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your user-generated content for purposes related to the Quiz.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1. All intellectual property rights related to the Quiz, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and content, are owned by Blooming Facts or its partner.
6.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any Quiz-related content without the express written consent of Blooming Facts.
7. TERMINATION
7.1. Blooming Facts reserves the right to terminate or suspend your participation in the Quiz at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate by Blooming Facts.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
8.1. The Quiz is provided "as is," without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
9.1. To the extent permitted by law, Blooming Facts shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Quiz.
10. CHANGES TO TERMS
